Standard rate (non-subscribers): 3% up to threshold, 1% above threshold.

Threshold is derived from a 2020 EUR reference value and converted to XRP-equivalent for tier calculation.

Fees are settled in the transaction asset.

Excludes blockchain/network fees and external liquidity/provider costs added at execution.
