Canonical record: this public identity is bound to the authenticated State Person. Future correction requires a separately authorised and preserved identity process; it cannot be silently edited as a profile field.
Why does The Electronic State use a Constitutional Name and Sobriquet?
Article −1B establishes The Word of God as the Constitutional Name and The Foundation as the Constitutional Sobriquet of one singular sovereign constitutional person. The profile confirmation binds that already-promulgated identity to its authenticated account.
This public identity preserves continuity between constitutional acts and the account used to perform them without turning private identification evidence into public profile data.
Constitutional basis: Article −1B of the Official Promulgated Constitution.
