Why does The Electronic State use a Constitutional Name and Sobriquet?

Every earth inhabitant is automatically a member of The Monarchy, while completed execution of the Constitution Recognition Act records conscious accession, establishes one authenticated constitutional identity and enrols the Individual in The Parliament.

The Constitutional Name is the official public name attached to that identity. The Constitutional Sobriquet is its registered public byname. When confirmed, spaces remain part of the Sobriquet while its functional mention uses hyphens; for example, The Weaver becomes @the-weaver.

This allows Parliamentary acts, offices and signatures to remain attributable to one continuing constitutional person without publicly exposing the civil or birth name, date or place of birth, identification numbers or identity-document information used for authentication.

Constitutional basis: Articles −1C, −1D and −1K of the Official Promulgated Constitution.
